The Beautyscope team is taking the current situation with Coronavirus very seriously and taking actions to protect our customers and staff. We are still open for business, but with some modifications.
What we are doing.
Our store at 44900 Acacia Lane, Ste. 114, Dulles, VA 20166 is open, but we have adapted to curb-side service for the time being. We request that you please call our office at 571.434.0004 to place an order, allow at least an hour for us to process and pack your order, and then call us from the parking lot when you arrive. We will run your order out to you. We also ask that you use a credit card to pay for your order, which we can take over the phone, eliminating anyone touching or handling cash.
We have a small staff of Customer Service Associates available by phone at 571.434.0004 to assist you. For their protection, they are now working in newly created distance-approved spaces spread through the building and utilizing all safety precautions of gloves, sanitizers and hand washing to stay safe.
We currently have a small staff of Fulfillment Associates working to fill orders utilizing all the same precautions mentioned above: using gloves, using non-shared working tools and picking carts, using sanitizer wipes, frequent hand washing and designated spaced-out working stations to protect each other and the products from contamination. At present, orders received should be arriving next day in most zones, however we have heard that UPS and some other carriers are seeing delays due to heavy demands. Your region could be affected. If your salon location is closed, you should provide us with an alternate shipping address for UPS to ship to.
We encourage everyone with a nowcommerce account to please use that method for ordering. If you do not have a nowcommerce account and would like to sign up, please contact Customer Service and they can assist in setting you up.
Those who can work from home have already been doing so for a week now. Only essential employees as mentioned above are working internally to protect everyone.
Our outside Sales Consultants are also working remotely from home to prevent personal socialization and contact with our customers. They are available to help you through emailing, texting or by phone. If you do not have their email address, you can find them on our website under the CONTACT tab. Scroll down to see a complete list with their names and email addresses. You can also call Customer Service directly for help.
All education events both inside and outside the salons have been cancelled through the end of April at present. Since we are all experiencing and environment that seems to be changing frequently, this could change and we will keep you posted. We will be sending out a list of online education mediums sponsored from many of our brands that you and/or your staff can watch from home. If you are not working, this could be a great resource to keep you occupied with a benefit and could help gear up for returning to what we hope is a more normal world. Our thoughts, concerns and actions are in hope of seeing this through safely for everyone.
