REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA

Brian began his career in beauty at a young age, taking a position in the warehouse of the salon distributor that his father worked at. It was seeing the impact that the sales team had on inspiring local salons and building their business that drove Brian into a role as a Salon Development Consultant. Now with 36 years of experience as an SDC, Brian still finds the most joy in building relationships with his salon partners. Brian shared with us “I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level, as well in a business partnership level. Watching a salon’s business grow gives me excitement, and reassures me that I am doing what I was meant to do.”

Brian is an avid sports fan, a father of seven, and a pet dad to a 5 year old cat named Elvin.

Brian brings with him a degree in Business and Human Resources, and utilizes this background in coaching salons, salon team members, and stylists to help improve business checkpoints. Brian’s genuinely kind heart shines through in every interaction with his salon partners.⠀
