Beautyscope is so excited to have David as part of our team as the Brand Manager for KEVIN.MURPHY. His years of experience in the beauty and salon industry, as well as his love of learning and supporting others make him a great addition to team Beautyscope! After attending Beauty School, David went on to work at a corporate salon. He figured the best way to start his career was to jump right in and get the nerves out of the way!

Personally, even though David has colored hundreds of heads over the years, he always feels not himself when his hair is colored. He has sometimes ventured out, but he usually goes with a GLOSS or a little bit of lived in blonde. He also loves any cut that brings out his texture.

David’s first ever “salon” experience was not in a salon, instead it was his mom, who cut his hair growing up. So, needless to say that when he first started getting an allowance he was using it to pay for hair cuts in a salon to save him from his moms clippers!
