Susan serves the Northern Virginia, and DC markets. She strives for excellent service with her salons and has consistently been recognized as a leader in supporting salon growth. Susan’s huge passion for the business of the beauty industry makes her a valuable asset, serving as a Salon Development Consultant.

Susan graduated from Penn State with a degree in Elementary Education and Business. She began her 11 year career in beauty and worked with Beautyscope founders Heidi and Steve Katz before the founding of Beautyscope. Susan’s degree in education informs her practices when delivering valuable product knowledge, business coaching, and when hosting salon Stay and Plays.

Susan comes from a close knit family and enjoys spending her off time with her beautiful nieces and nephews. She’s just at home on a beach or in the country as she is in a city and enjoys traveling to sample different local cuisines.
